Region 9 Enterprise Zones
All of Archuleta, Dolores and San Juan Counties are designated Enterprise Zones. All of Montezuma County, with the exception of the Ute Mountain Sacred Area, is a designated Enterprise Zone.
La Plata County Enterprise Zones
La Plata County Enterprise Zones are based on qualifying census tracts, as well as specified highway corridors and planning areas. Agricultural parcels within the county have also been designated as Enterprise Zones, please contact Region 9 to see if your property qualifies. The Southern Ute Reservation lands have been excluded following the wishes of the Southern Ute Tribal government.
